PlayStation Experience: Reminding you why you bought a PS4

Another month another gaming conference. We all remember Sony’s previous showing at this year’s E3, everyone walked away with a reason why they would eventually need a PS4. God of war 4, Kingdom hearts 3, Final Fantasy VII remake, Shenmue 3, Horizion Zero Dawn, Gravity Rush 2, Insominiac’s take on Spiderman, all currently in development! Add that to The Last Guardian and Final Fantasy XV finally releasing it wast truly one of the best E3 showings. However, we’ve all seen how long “in development” can take (I’m looking at you Final Fantasy XV and The Last Guardian). Sony’s PlayStation Experience conference drops some new titles on us and reminds us that 2017 should be a good year for the console gamer.

Uncharted: the Lost Legacy

Nathan Drake’s story may of closed out with Uncharted 4, but that doesn’t mean the treasure hunting has to stop there. Chloe Frazer is picking up the mantle in this new spinoff and it looks amazing so far.

The Last of Us: Part II

Personally, I was sure that Joel and Ellie’s story was completed after the first game. But I will admit I am very excited to see where Naughty Dog takes this next chapter of the story.

Crash Bandicoot N. sane Trilogy

Remember your old pal Crash? We’ll he’s finally back. Relive what made the unofficial mascot of the PS1 so great.

Let it Die

The newest chance to dive into the mind of Suda51 for the low low price of free. Its even on PSN right now. Go forth and download my friends, and don’t forget this handy guide.

Nex Machina

Fan of twin stick shooters or bullet hell games? How about amazing soundtracks? Look no further, Nex Machina has your fix.

Persona 5

I am thou and thou art I. Its been pushed back a few months, but one of the best RPG series will finally be dropping in April 2017 in the US.

Nii No Kuni II

Level 5 returns bringing another RPG to the PS4. It certainly looks like this is lining up to be one of the prettiest games in the PlayStation lineup.

Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony

Are you a fan of Murder? How about trials? Then the third chapter of Danganropa is the game for you.

Full Throttle: Remastered

Go back and re-experience what made Double Fine the king of the point and click adventures.

Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite

Fighting game players rejoice! Marvel has finally starting licensing its properties again and the 4th installment of Marvel vs Capcom will be out next year!

Street Fighter 5: Season 2

Season 2 has officially started with Akuma as its first new DLC character.

Yakuza: Kiwami/Yakuza 6

Cult Classic Yakuza gets a second change on PS4, Kiwami is a remaster for the underappreciated PS2 title and the 2018 release date for Yakuza 6 gives people some time to catch up on the other 4 games. (in fact you may have Yakuza 5 just sitting on your PS Plus account)

Mother Russia Bleeds

Well the trailer oozes personality, hopefully this beat ’em up will have the gameplay to match it.

Add these to all the games mentioned at E3, and it looks like we’ll have a nice long PS exclusive backlog to work through in 2017.

This article is a disgrace. I didn’t see Nintendo mentioned once
